Pricing FAQ
Questions people actually ask.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Monthly support plans are month-to-month, cancel anytime. Website projects work on a milestone-based agreement, and you're never locked in long-term.
What if my project doesn't fit neatly into a tier?
Most don't, and that's fine. The tiers are starting points. After the discovery call we'll scope your project based on what you actually need and give you a clear, itemized quote.
Do you require payment up front?
We typically split projects into two payments: 50% to start, 50% at launch. For larger projects we can set up a milestone-based schedule (e.g. 25% kickoff, 25% design approval, 25% build, 25% launch).
What's not included in the project price?
Domain registration, third-party tools (email marketing platforms, CRM subscriptions, stock photography, paid scheduling), and ongoing hosting or support. Those are separate and itemized clearly before we start so there are no surprises.
I already have a website. Can you just improve it?
Yes, that's common. We'll audit your current site, tell you what's worth keeping, and give you a quote based on the actual work needed. Sometimes a redesign is the right call. Sometimes it isn't, and we'll say so.
Do you work with WordPress?
We can. Our default stack is modern static-site tooling (faster, more secure, lower hosting cost), but if WordPress is the right tool for your specific situation (e.g. you have an existing content team that lives in the WP admin), we'll work with it. We recommend the right tool for the job, not a one-size-fits-all answer.
How long until my site is live?
Depends on tier and how quickly you can review revisions. Essentials typically launches in 3 to 4 weeks, Standard in 5 to 6, Advanced in 8 to 10. Content readiness is usually the long pole; we can help you accelerate that or work to your pace.
